1. May God be gracious to us

3. May God make his face shine on us

C. Why did God answer his prayer?

1. The purpose of his prayer is to bless the Nations!
a. That the ways of the Lord may be known on the earth! 67:2a
b. That the Salvation of the Lord maybe known among the nations! 67:2b
c. That the nations be glad and sing for joy! 67:4
2. The purpose of his prayer is for God
a. That people praise God! 67:5
b. That people fear God! 67:7
