The High Priestly Prayer
Scriptures: John 17:1-5
I . Introduction: The Upper Room Discourse (John 13-16)
II. Jesus lifted up His eyes to heaven (John 17:1) – He turned to the Father.
III. The hour has come – Jesus is always conscious of His movement towards this hour.
IV. Glorify your Son that He may glorify you
V. Jesus was given authority to give eternal life. (John 17:2, Mat 11:27, Luke 10:22, Mat 28:18)
VI. Eternal life is to know the true God and Jesus Christ. (John 17:3-4)

- Combined Meeting: We will have combined meeting with the Chinese speaking congregation next Sunday (1/7/2024); Breaking of Bread starts 10AM, followed by the message meeting at 11AM.
- Bible Reading Plan: For 2024 Bible-in-a-year reading, we will follow “More Jesus Reading Plan 365” and will read through the Bible in a year. With a reading plan, we can keep one another accountable in our Bible reading. For more details or to join the plan, click here.
- In-Person Meeting: Welcome back! English group, Chinese group and children Sunday School is back to in person meetings. Our meeting schedule has changed, Sunday morning starts 9:15AM with Breaking of Bread followed by worship and message at 10:00AM. Please refer to the schedule for details.
- Prayer Meeting: Prayer Meetings are Tuesdays from 8:00 to 9:15PM, joining via Webex for the combined session of the meeting (Meeting number: 6 2 7 5 6 4 2 7 4 Password: 4 0 0 0). We are using Zoom for the English group session, please reach out to Richer for login information.
