Call to Prayers

Scriptures: 1 Timothy 2:1-8

2. Kings and those in authority
3. Purpose of prayers:
1. Seeking, asking and entreating
2. Fellowshipping with the Lord
3. Offering of thanksgivings and praises to God, what are good and acceptable in God’s sight
4. Co-working with God – God desires that:
1. All men be saved
2. Come to the knowledge of the truth.
5. Preaching of the Gospel:
1. The man Christ Jesus is the only Mediator between God and man.
2. Jesus gave Himself a ransom for all.
3. This is to be testified in due time.
4. Paul desires that men pray everywhere, lift up their holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
