Living In the Spirit of God

Scriptures:  1 Peter 2:9; Lev. 11:44-45; Gal. 5:25, 2 Peter 1:3, John 14:15-16, Acts 5:32, Eph. 5:18, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8

Outline: 

1. Introduction 
2. Principles to live in the Spirit of God
   1. The need to walk in God’s holiness (Lev. 11:44-45, Gal. 5:25)
   2. The need to live a disciplined life
      1. Trust the Lord in obedience of the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:3)
      2. Submit to the perfect discipline of the Heavenly Father (John 14:15-16; Acts 5:32)
      3. Receive the Holy Spirit’s renewing & restoring everyday (Eph. 5:18)
   3. The need of baptizing in the Holy Spirit (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8)
3. Final Remark – In order to live in the Spirit of God, we need to walk in God’s holiness, we need to live a disciplined life and we need to be baptized in the Holy Spirit
