1. Turn on Furman Conditioner
2. Set Main Out to -20dB
3. Under Matrix 1-6, set Ceiling out to -20dB
4. Use “Select” buttons to select desired channel,
Press the “solo” button to listen on headphones.
Use “Gain” knob to set gain. Goal is for loudest volume to peak between -18 and -24.
Repeat for each mic/instrument

5. Unmute input and adjust room volume using the corresponding fader

6. “Sends on Fader” button, Solo the “Focusrite” output channel. Repeat step 4v. Goal is for meter in “OBS” on Production PC to be in the red without peaking.
7. “Sends on Fader” button, Solo the “Stream” output channel. Repeat step 4v. Goal is for meter in “OBS” on Streaming PC to be in the red without peaking.

8. Mute “Focusrite” and “Stream” until respective meetings start.

1. Turn on projectors, stage lights
2. Setup mics and stands.
Input 26 – use for extra singer on piano side, or if leading from piano
Input 27 – use for main singer
Input 28 – use for second singer
Input 29 – use for extra singer on electric keyboard side, or if leading from keyboard

10:00AM
1. Unmute “Focusrite” to send room sound to “Zoom”
2. Make sure “PC Channel 15/16” or “Aux1/Aux2” are up to receive sound from “Zoom”

1. Mute “Focusrite” after BoB
2. Give wireless microphone (check battery) to speaker

11:00AM
1. Unmute “Stream” on the Mixer, verify sound is coming into OBS – Coordinate with StreamPC
2. After singing – Mute mics/instruments
3. Unmute wireless mic

1. Mute “Stream”; turn off Furman Conditioner.
2. Put wireless mic away.
3. Turn off projectors & lights.
4. Put away extra cables and mics.

2. Mixer – unmute “Stream” to verify sound. Mute before BoB. Make sure “Focusrite” sound is coming into the PC (use this for BoB)
3. Check singing PPT and message PPT with StreamPC to make sure they all fit onto screen.

1. Folders – “Hymnary”, “Blackbook,” and “Purple”
2. “BoB PPT” – open & send to projector
3. Camera – set to BoB scene (preset 5 on remote)
4. OBS – Switch to “PTZ” scene & “Start Virtual Camera”, make sure “Focusrite” is unmuted and sound is coming in.
5. Zoom – join meeting, start BoB meeting.
a) camera = OBS virtual camera
b) microphone = focusrite USB
c) “original sound for musicians: on”

1. Open PPT for song picked – In OBS go to PIP scene.

d) make sure “Stream” is not muted.

1. Start singing PPT
2. Start recording in “Traktion Waveform”
3. Message – close singing PPT, and start message PPT.

TROUBLESHOOT
1. “Stream” no sound, make sure OBS Channel 1 and 2 are both showing “x-32 Input 25”. Restart OBS.

STREAMPC
BEFORE 11AM – Setup / Sound Check
1. Email – download “Splash Screen” photo
2. Chrome – 1) YouTube Studio 2) Facebook Livestream (click “streaming software”)

3. OBS – Update “Splash Screen” photo
4. Verify RTMP Server and Stream Key for both
5. Check singing PPT and message PPT with ProductionPC to make sure they all fit onto screen.
a) 4×3, use the “Split Screen (4×3)” scene
b) 16×9, use the “Split Screen” scene
6. Check sound – Unmute “Stream” on the Mixer to verify sound is coming into OBS (Mute “Stream” on the mixer before BoB)

10:50AM
7. Click on “Start Streaming” 2-3 minutes before 11:00AM (on Splash Screen and muted)
8. Take note of the time for “Singing”, “Message”, and “Announcements” (you’ll need to input into descriptions later) – see “chapter template.txt” on desktop.

11AM – GOLIVE
1. Set camera scene to “Singing” (Preset #2)
2. Unmute “Stream” on the Mixer and verify sound is coming into OBS
3. Change Scenes as necessary

MESSAGE
1. After singing, switch to Splash Screen and move camera to “speaker” preset then switch OBS scene to “PTZ” when speaker is ready.
2. Take photo of speaker
3. Create thumbnail using GIMP or Photoshop.

END
1. “Stop Streaming” & verify stream has stopped on YouTube and Facebook
2. In YouTube – Update Description with Timestamps & update Thumbnail & Save changes.
3. Run “Windows Updater”
4. Shut off Computer
