“P-PIE” of “P-PIE-ahs” is an acronym for “passion, prayer, intelligence and energy”, from Mark 12:29-31 of the Message version of the Bible – “Jesus said, ‘the first in importance is, ‘Listen, Israel: The Lord your God is one; so love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy.’ And here is the second: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself.’ There is no other commandment that ranks with these.’”  In the NIV version, it reads “’the most important one,’ answered Jesus, ‘is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.’”  

We are a group of post-college young adults, meeting together Friday nights for Bible Study. As we walk this life journey together, we want to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and love one another.
